Schedule
- Normally 40 hours per week
- Standard shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Some evenings, weekends, and holidays required
- Schedule may vary based on community needs
What You’ll Do
As a Resident Engagement Tech, you will assist with implementing engaging programs and activities that support the social, spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, and vocational well-being of our residents.
As a Resident Engagement Tech, you will assist with implementing engaging programs and activities that support the social, spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, and vocational well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scheduled group and individual activities
- Support community events, outings, and special service projects
- Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships
- Assist with hosting entertainment and special guests
- Decorate and maintain inviting activity spaces
- Distribute calendars and maintain attendance records
- Assist with volunteer coordination and event documentation
- Help transport residents to appointments and outings as needed
This is a hands-on, high-energy role perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and interacting throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Compassionate, enthusiastic, and flexible personality
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a Chauffeur’s License
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 90 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, high-traffic environment
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
